Jamsheed Ameri

Jamsheed Ameri is the co-founder and President of Kinsel Ameri Properties, Inc and has been involved in real estate development, management and equity financing since 1982. KAP has acquired and/or developed market rate and affordable multi-family apartments along with assisted living facilities and condominium projects in Oregon, California, Washington and Idaho. WPL Construction, Inc., an affiliated company, has served as the general contractor for projects developed by the Company.

Mr. Ameri has served on the Board of the Northwest Alzheimer's Association as well as on the Steering Committee of the Campaign for Undergraduate Education at Stanford University. He has also been the national Chair for the Iranian American Republican Council. Jamsheed holds a BS in civil engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an MS in structural engineering from Stanford University.
